Proprietors -  Brenda and Jim Lawrence, active participants in the model horse hobby for over 20 years. Many of you will remember us when we operated under our original name of Brenda's Breyers. Our involvement (and love for the hobby) escalated to the point of becoming an authorized dealer in 1997, under the name of Falling Brook Enterprises. At the same time, we operated the web site at modelhorsecollector.com, offering model horse hobby reference information.  In 2003, we combined our two web sites, falling-brook.com and modelhorsecollector.com, into one web site that will provide information and at the same time, a place to purchase your model horse collectables  with the confidence and service you have come to expect from Falling Brook Enterprises.

We attribute our tremendous growth over the past several years to our desire to our personal interaction with our valued friends (who also happen to be our customers). We have always preferred to answer questions about and take orders for BREYER model horses over a telephone conversation or by Email correspondence. This helps keep us in touch with the hobby at all levels and let's us get to know a little about each one of you.

For those with busy schedules who would prefer to place their orders through a SECURE ON-LINE ORDERING channel, we have added a shopping cart system to our web site, using the latest Internet SSL technology. Please note that this SECURE ON-LINE ORDERING channel is used to securely submit your orders to us for processing.  Your credit card will not be charged until the day your order leaves our warehouse. You will see our name listed as "Falling Brook Enterprises" on your credit card statement.

When you have finished placing items in your shopping cart and have  proceeded through the check out, you will be given an order confirmation number. A confirmation message will be sent within 24-48 hours after receipt of the order to the email address given during the order process. (A valid Email address is required). Orders shipped to continental US addresses only (48 states).

Our shopping cart will provide cost of merchandise only. Shipping charges will be added to your order when it is shipped, per our Postage and Shipping Policy below.

Domestic postage/shipping rates are $8.75 for the first item. For each additional item, $1.00 will be added (excluding small items such as tack, Companion Animals and Stablemates). Large items, such as barns, will require additional postage.  Insurance is purchased from the shipper for the full purchase price on all packages (included in the cost above).

*Packages to continental US addresses only (48 states). Due to increased costs, we are no longer shipping orders to foreign addresses.  Orders are shipped via daily UPS pickup (regular ground service) to the 48 states. Orders outside of the continental 48 states (i.e. Hawaii and Alaska) will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail at an additional cost.

Due to the rising fuel surcharges, we will be limiting our shipping schedule to two ( 2 ) days per week.

Return Policy.  
In an effort to keep prices down, all return requests must be made within 10 days of delivery by email or by telephone. Return authorization must be obtained before returning item(s). Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization. Authorized items must be returned in "like-new" condition in original packaging. Shipping costs for items returned will not be refunded. Please feel free to contact us with any questions you may have.
